Return and exchange policy


To benefit from the return, exchange and warranty services, you must bring the original invoice.

The customer has the right to return or exchange the products within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition in the same condition as when purchased with all its accessories

Return and exchange include all items unless there is a manufacturing defect in the item.

The products that have been opened are not replaced if it is not proven that there is a manufacturing defect in them, noting that the non-replaceable products are everything that violates or deviates from the terms of the warranty such as (misuse - pieces - breakage - the product opened in a non-natural state - failure to follow the operating instructions – Exposing the product to water if it is not waterproof – Doing any external maintenance – The device completely or partially malfunctions if accessories are used that are not compatible with the device’s characteristics.

If the product is checked and it turns out that it is under warranty and the malfunction is found, the customer will be compensated with a new product and the product will bear the shipping cost. A bill of lading is sent to the customer, and the customer is expected to deliver the product to the shipping company within 7 days from the date of sending the bill of lading to him. The customer is agreed on the delivery method for the shipping companies with the customer service team according to the policy of each city and from where the product was purchased, and the policy is canceled if the customer does not deliver the product to the shipping company during this period.

The customer shall bear the shipping value in case of exchange or return



Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and has not been opened before receipt

How to redeem money at a product store


If the payment was made by card, the amount will be refunded via the card. In the event that payment is made upon receipt, the customer will be contacted by the customer service to request a Rajhi bank account to be refunded.
